Dorothy brings warmth, precision, humor, and lived experience to every group.

Dorothy is a teacher. She has directed choir, taught cello sectionals, led music workshops, adjudicated, practiced martial arts, taught women’s self-defense, studied anatomy and physiology, and explored yoga, qigong, meditation, nutrition, cooking, and healing practices.

Her teaching is accessible for beginners, adaptable for mixed groups, and grounded in the belief that breath, alignment, awareness, and flow can help people feel more calm, capable, and connected.

Women’s Self-Defense
