What participants said after the retreat.

“Dorothy was an incredible coach throughout both the yoga and self-defense training. She created such a supportive and empowering environment, and I walked away with so many practical tools I can actually use in real-life situations. More than anything, she helped me build confidence in myself and how to respond in different scenarios. I’m so grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to grow both physically and mentally.”
