Peaceful Power Retreat
A powerful retreat for women who want to fire up their intention and restore their peace.

Why this retreat exists
Step away from the pressure. Return to yourself.
Modern life asks a lot of women. Responsibility, decision fatigue, constant input, and very little space to reset.
This retreat is a chance to step away from daily pressure and return to yourself. The retreat is designed to help you feel stronger, calmer, clearer, and more connected — without pressure to perform.
Calm
Simple, practical ways to relieve stress, settle your nervous system, and give yourself room to breathe.
Strength
Supportive, practical women’s self-defense and embodied confidence that lives in your body and your mind.
Connection
Meaningful conversation, nourishing meals, rest, nature, reflection, and a small community of women.

I’m Dorothy
I’m a cello teacher, yoga instructor, and martial artist.
For years I’ve enjoyed helping women feel more at home in their bodies and more comfortable with strength, awareness, and calm.
This retreat brings those passions together in a small, supportive setting.
Featured Retreat Experiences
Guided sessions for reflection, healing, nourishment, and connection.
In addition to mindful movement, self-defense, rest, nourishing meals, and Dorothy’s candlelight cello experience, the retreat includes guest-led sessions designed to help participants return home with meaningful practices they can carry into daily life.

Included Wellness Services
Restore your body with OnSite Stretch & Wellness.
As part of your Peaceful Power Retreat registration, OnSite Stretch & Wellness will offer optional restorative services, included with your retreat, to help you relax, reset, and feel more at ease in your body.
Participants may choose from assisted stretching, massage therapy, and Shiftwave chair sessions. Assisted stretching can help release muscle tension, improve range of motion, and support easier movement. Massage therapy offers a calming way to ease stress and physical tension, while the Shiftwave chair provides a quiet recovery experience using pressure-wave technology and a zero-gravity recline position.
Healing Music
A candlelight cello experience.
The retreat includes a candlelight solo cello recital — a quiet, beautiful space to rest, reflect, and receive.
Dorothy’s music brings another layer of restoration to the retreat, inviting participants to slow down and reconnect in a way that words alone cannot.

A candlelight cello experience creates space to rest, reflect, and receive.
